His Blue sweatshirt read ‘Flying Machine’

But he was barely aware

Until I pointed it out to him

It’d been a while he’d cared.

Then one day his Yellow bag shone

As if accusing me of stalking

I locked that moment and locked my heart,

Until Dexorange came along, typing.

Dexorange was devouring

Dexorange was my choice.

No rebound, yet, it had to go,

And be followed by Turquoise.

I forgot about safe landing

While flying in the blue sky

Crashed into the green grass

Hence, Turquoise couldn’t survive.

But when I did crash,

What held me was serene

Still carrying me in his arms,

Wearing my heart on his sleeves,

Is Green.
